Nausea, Vomiting, Water In Lungs, Heart Attack, Had Low BP. Taken ECG. What Is Wrong?

my mother was 83 and had heart problem.but she was active.that day she cooked lunch and ate it.in the evening she had nausea and vomiting.her cardiologist after taking an ECG sent her to CCU.the day after she was there and she was ok.but next morning they informed us that she had died.why? they said she had water in her lungs and she had a heart attack again. she had periods of low pressour(7or10).

It is really sad to learn about your mom. I can understand your state of mind.
Nausea and vomiting can be sole manifestations of heart attack in old age. A repeat heart attack can occur within 2-3 days of first heart attack. Water in lungs is a manifestation of heart failure which is a known complication of heart attack.
I do not know if she could undergo primary angioplasty (opening of blood vessel (artery) of heart by balloon and stenting) or not?
