Suggest Remedy For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Stopping Rosuvas

i am 57 yrs, 5ft 9in. 84kg. INDIAN - Asia. I under went angioplasty in July 2009 with 3 stents. i was prescribed Rosuvas F 5 for about 10 months. Then i was prescribed Rosuvas 20mg about 5/ 6 weeks ago. Also about 5 months ago i started having 2 drinks(scotch) at night. Now i am having practically all the side effects mentioned - muscle pain + weakness +urinary etc. As of yesterday i ve stopped Rosuvas 20mg

Hi,

There are no particular withdrawal symptoms of this medicine but you should not discontinue using it. You can take its 10 mg formulation and then discuss it with your cardiologist but stopping it would raise your cholesterol levels which are dangerous for your heart.
