Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Cholesterole 274 mg/dl ( normal 120-220 mg/dl)
Trigyleride 258 mg/dl( N 10-160 mg/dl)
LDL 175-4 mg/dl 960-170 mg/dl)VLDL 52.6 mg/dl( N 47.0mg/dl)
Smokers , drinkers .
All these are an indication of hyper cholearolaemia .
Hyper cholestrolaemia develops blockage in arteries including arteries of heart and brain , so you are at ( in ) risk zone.
Avoid smoking , alcohol , greasy , fatty foods .
Regular exercises will help.
You didn't mention the age but any any age , this high level of LDL and total cholesterol is concerning . You need to investigated with EKG and ECHO to isolate the case.
I would like to recommend you visit a cardiologist and sort this problem.
