Late Periods, Lower Abdominal Pain, Back Pain. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Any Ideas?

Hi Doctor. I am Comfort Asumboya from Ghana, I missed my menstrual circle 3 days today, strangely, I am experiencing lower abdominal and back pains after I gave birth to my daughter 2 years for the first time within these 3 days. I tested this morning for possible pregnancy, but it turned out to be negative. What could be wrong with me?

Hi, it is only 3 days passed, so you can try after a week, of course some times it may be positive after 3 days also, but possibility is there to miss. if you are particular, you can get the blood test for H.C.G., test, or U.S. scanning will reveal the presence or abscence of the pregnancy.Pain and back pain may be due to infection or anemia, you consult your gynacologist for diagnosis . Thank you.
