Last Three Month I Did Not Get Periods. Could I Be Pregnant ?

Get a Urine Pregnancy Test done. If it comes out negative, get a abdominal scan done to rule out if you have PCOS and a Blood Test to rule put Hypothyroidism. It can also happen due to Hormonal Imbalance. Consult a Gynecologist at the earliest.
