Itching On Penis Head. No STD. Is This PE?

Hello Doctors, I have a problem , about three months ago , i noticed that there are very small itching on the Penis Head and under the Head , the itching sensation is causing me to premature ejaculate , i have been married for 5 years and we both don t have any health problems , me and my wife did a health check about 2 weeks ago and there was nothing wrong neither with me or her , i dont have any relationship outside my marriage but we also checked for STDs , both of us , and everything was ok , nothing showed . please advice because i never experienced PE but with this past 3 month its been a nightmare.

Thanks for your query.You have a itching over your glans since last three months and do get Premature ejaculation.
Are you Diabetic.If you have not done your Blood Sugar Test get it done to rule out the same,There is no obvious organic cause for premature ejaculation.The premature ejaculation that you are getting is due to sexual stimulation of the glans of the penis due to scratching.So do not worry .Consult some Dermatologist for clinical examination and to diagnose the cause of itching over the glans.and further treatment.
