How Long Propel Mometasone Furoate Sinus Implant Lasts?

Propel mometasone furoate sinus implant - after its 90day dosing and dissolving into the system, just how long are the expected to last? I realize with any steroid they only last a short time. With recurring chronic sinusitis, polyps, and inverted papyloma, will this procedure need to be done on a regular basis?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your problems and concerns about Propel Mometasone sinus implant.
This will act only for the allergic polyposis and on no other conditions.
If you have inverted papilloma, you need to undergo formal sinus surgery to remove it.
This can not be treated by any medicines.
Get an MRI of the sinuses done to see the present situation and get an appropriate opinion of an ENT Surgeon well trained in such wok, a specialized job indeed.
