Having Stinging Pain And Noticed Spots Of Blood In Pre-semen. What Could Be The Cause?

this morning when i got up and went to the bathroom i had a stinging pain, and noticed a little floating piece of something that looked like a scab, then i looked at my boxers and found multiple little spots of blood and one about the size of a nickle, and just now i had been a little aroused and and noticed some blood in the Pre-semen, this is rather concerning. what could be a possible cause of this and what should i do?

Hi, the cause of the blood, and some thing else from the urethra, might be due to the gonorrhea, an S.T.D., or due to a small stone in the urithra, with the rupture of mucosa,or may be due to malignancy of the prostate. So i advise you to consult an urologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
