Have White Tongue And Sore Throat. Constipation. Have Tear On Opening Of Penis. Burns During Sex.

I am about to turn 22 in a week and I am having a list of issues that may be related. I have a white tongue and a sore throat. constipation and the stools are smaller and it seems like I go more often in the day but never quite empty the bowels. I also recently got a tear at the opening of the penis and when I engage in any sexual activity it kind of burns or there is a pressure when ejaculating. Been to the doctor many times only have been put on two different types of anti-fungal medications/tablets. flushed my system via a jug that the doctor prescribed me also.I have had a history of hemroids in the past and work a labor intensive job.

White tongue,sore throat,constipation,hemorrhoids, as all these are related to disorder in intestine.
But not dangerous because due to indigestion problems there are constipation.
Due to constipation there is white coating over tongue ( simple way dirty tongue)
Sore throat may be due to some viral or bacterial infection.
Since there is no fever so need not to worry about this.
Mild abrasion over penis is due to forceful sex activity, so need not to take treatment.
If you will not do sex for few days penis abrasion will be alright.
So consult a physician and get treatment for intestinal disorder.
