Had Unprotected Oral Sex. Discovered Red Dots On The Penis. Could This Be Due To STD Or Penis Enlargement Pills?
Hello I'm JL Gonzalez, I recently took over the counter penis enlargment pills, had protected inter course but unprotected oral sex 2 days ago. Emmidiately the next day I discovered red dots on the head and inner foreskin of my penis. Today I discovered they are beginning to lighten up and go away but also look like very tiny craters. Could this be do to an STD or penis enlargment pills?

You are taking OTC pills for penis enlargement? And you are not clear in your statement, whether you had unprotected intercourse or oral sex. But STD or HIV can be transmitted even through oral sex.
You noticed red dots on the head and inner foreskin immediately on the next day of your exposure and today you feel better (may be allergic). Even though it is not a typical presentation of syphilis (STD), it is better to rule it out by blood test. HIV test should be done only after 21 days of exposure. If you feel that your partner may have HIV, it is better to take Antiretrovial drugs as prophylaxis.
Better to consult a Dermatologist or venereologist.
