Had Csf Leak Surgery, Severe Headache, Sensation Of Fluid Dripping Down Back Of Throat. Cure?

Since having mentions removed on 28th
Jan and post surgery CSF leak - treatment lumbar drainage continue to have severe headaches. MRI and CT clear. Persistent sensation of fluid dripping down back of throat and slow drip from nose. Not sure if it is a simple case of over stimulated saliva. Could there be another CSF leak?

hello
there can be CSF leak.
you can check by bending forwards if clear fluid comes out of nose there are high chances of it.
you should take care of ----
not to have constipation
do not put any drops in nose
avoid dusty environment
keep head end of bed elevated
avoid sneezing , coughing

Consult an ENT specialist.
get done analysis of fluid dripping from nose for CSF like cell count ,glucose and protein.
you may require MRI Cisternography to rule out CSF leak.
