Hello,

This looks more of the spinal disc degenerative changes due to which you have symptoms. Due to the changes in the spine there are possibilities that you have less muscle strength and also unstable joints. You need to do regular simple exercises which are muscle oriented for strength and also for joint stability. If implemented properly then there should be changes in 4-6 weeks of time. By 12 weeks of time you should have 90% recovery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
