Hi welcome to health care magic forum. The person who want to get pregnant should not be so greedy about it. anxiety is the main reason for failure of conception. You should be patient about the conception.
If you want to be pregnant with out medical help you should know certain things as ,egg is normally released from 11th day to 20th day.if you have sex in these days chances of pregnancy are more. So follow abstenance from 1st to 10th day , and 21st to 30th day of the cycle , to have store of the spermatozoa. Have sex 11th to 20th day. with out fail.
If you miss a period, have an pregnancy test of early morning mid stream urine . if positive you are pregnant. if not positive go for blood test for HCG test, it is more appropriate test than urine test.
But it is always better to consult a gynaecologist , as it is important to examine both the partners for infertility case.
Wishing a good luck and thanks for calling.
