Chest Pain, Tingling In Legs And Arms, Dizziness. Taking Nitroglycerin, No Improvement. Suggestions?

yesterday I had strong chest pains, and tingling in my legs and arms and was very dizzy. I was already tested with an ekg and my heart looks good. I was also given nitroglycerin for these attacks that happen every few months but the nitroglycerin did not help. The attack yesterday lasted almost 40 minutes and then it slowly stopped and everything is fine

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
In my opinion & as I have noted from many years nitroglycerine , we use only in acute anginal attack, heart failure, myocardial infarction ( heart attack),prophylaxis for phlebitis & extravasation secondary to venous cannulation.
As your history of illness , you mentioned is incomplete , so upload complete history so that we can evaluate your disease.
Good luck.
