Dear Sir Thanks for writing to us. 1. A pinpoint chest point is something which is against cardiac or anginal pain. If this pain lasts for less than 2 minutes or lasts for many hours continuously, the possibility of this being non-anginal pain becomes very high. 2. An increase in blood pressure can be managed by a variety of drugs which include aldosterone antagonists, beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers. Some of drugs belonging to first two classes helps both in high BP and portal hypertension. You can consult your physician for a prescription. 3. For his liver condition, please seek opinion of a hepatologist. Sincerely Sukhvinder
