Improve your digestive power means flatulance, constipation, hyperacidity should be ruled out first. So take laxative for two months like abhayarista 4 tsf after meal, triphala churna 2 tsf bed time, sutshekhar ras 1tb before food.
Do yoga like pavanmuktasan, vajrassana, sarvangasan, bhugangasan and pranayam like bhasrika, kapalbhati. Take fiber diet.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Aciloc is not very effective in certain instances. Please follow these instructions for better health

(1) Consult with your doctor regarding the dose of Omeprazole
(2) Avoid eating spicy and fatty food, drinking coffee, drinking ALCOHOL and SMOKING.
(3) Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily along with plenty of water.
(4) Drink milk atleast once a day which will help neutralise the acid in your stomach.
(5) Ask your Doctor if he can prescribe Syp.Sucrafil which will give relief and protect your damaged stomach lining.
