Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
1. You are anemic. Haemoglobin should be atleast 12 gm percent.
Please consider iron therapy at the earliest.
2. Sugars are normal.
3. Can you upload your ultrasound scan report at -
http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-aarti-abraham/64623
That will help me to guide you better.
4. At present, let me help you with what you are written.
the uterus is normal.
A nabothian cyst is a normal occasional finding in the cervix, no cause for concern.
Endometrium, lining of the uterus, is normal.
5. The problem is that your scan is suggestive of PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease.
It is a condition characterized by baseline hormonal disturbances.
OVaries get studded with numerous cyst like follicles.
Ovulation, menstruation and fertility are affected.
Diagnosis has to be confirmed by symptoms and blood tests.
Please consult a gynaecologist and get those done.
You might need ovulation inducing agents to help ovulation and assist in fertility.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Take care.
