4 Month Baby, Had Vaccination, Extra Fussy, Red Spots On Cheeks, Fever. Should I Meet A Doctor?

My 4 month old baby had the hexevalent & pcv3 vaccine yesterday afternoon. Today she had a temperature of 37.4 by an ear thermometer & she's extra fussy & has red spots on her cheeks..
I gave her a paracetamol suppository to lower her temperature.

Is it considered a fever & should I go see a doctor?!

Thanks for helping

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Do not worry.
Fever is common with that vaccination that was given.
So you need not worry. Some amount of irritability is also expected.

A pediatric consultation may be useful regarding that rash.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
