Question: I just received a lab back from my immunologist that said the followingThyroglobulin Antibody

Your thyroid auto-antibodies are positive.

Thyroid auto-antibodies are typically found in those who have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. This is a medical term used in reference to an under-active thyroid condition called Hypothyroidism.
Often, when these antibodies are positive, it indicates that the person who tests positive for them has a tendency to develop a permanently under-active thyroid condition which is irreversible.
The best way to know if this is the case with you, you need to undergo a blood test called TSH and Free T4.
Sometimes, however, these can be 'false-positive' ie even though the Thyroglobulin antibodies are high in your blood, they do not damage your thyroid gland, and your blood will test normal for TSH and Free T4.
