What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hi, just got blood tests done and found the following in my report so was looking for some site to get understanding. Dont know if this is something you would be willing to address:
Creatinine Serum 136 (normal range is 0.6 to 1.1) test done photometry
Iron- 39.2 (normal range 70-80)
VItamin B12- 183 (range 211-911)
