Brief Answer:
Could be due to Iron deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi

It means the size and shape of your red blood corpuscles are abnormal.

It occurs in simple conditions like Iron deficiency or Vitamin deficiency to some serious disease like blood cancer.

I advise you to get Serum Iron and Serum Vitamin levels done first and revert back to me with reports.

Brief Answer:
Reports in normal .

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for the follow up.

Your Iron levels and Iron Binding capacity is in normal . So you need to get an additional test known as Hemoglobin Electrophoresis to know the cause of your Abnormal Blood picture .

Your Vitamin B12 levels is in normal levels while your Vitamin D levels is slightly low . I advise you to take Vitamin D supplements for 2 months .

Kindly get Hemoglobin Electrophoresis test done and revert back with report .
