Brief Answer:
Prostatitis due to this present exposure is unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Tests done after 3 weeks can rule out Gonorrhea and possibly Chlamydia. HIV test by 3 weeks can not be 100% reliable. Better to repeat the test after 12 weeks. (Antigen detection test could be repeated after 4 weeks to get a more confirmed result).
Prostatitis is common with Gonorrhea and Chlamydia rather than trichomonas. When you ruled out the possibility of Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, you can rule out the possibility of prostatitis due to STD cause. If there is prostatitis it would reflect slightly in the urine test.
If there is prostatitis, I would like to attribute that it was present prior to this exposure and not related to this present exposure.
Normally urethritis manifest as anterior urethritis and if left un-interfered, it would extend as posterior urethritis and then only leads to prostatitis. within 3 weeks manifestation of prostatitis is quite unlikely due to this present exposure.

Brief Answer:
Culture test with prostatic fluid and semen help in the diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Yes it could be the old prostatits. Culture and sensitivity test from prostatic fluid or semen will reveal the cause and the appropriate antibiotics sensitivity. Gonococcal culture and Chlamdial PCR are also helps to fix the diagnosis. As per the outcome of these test reports we can choose the most appropriate treatment. Sometimes a repeated prostatic massage will help in the management of chronic prostatitis. I don't have any idea about IPRO clearup.

Brief Answer:
It is common to get white spots on penis. not to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Certain individuals can have white de-pigmentation over foreskin and glans penis. It is nothing serious and can be ignored and not going to affect either you or your partner. If you are able to upload the pictures of white spots we can discuss more.
