Brief Answer:
Some more info please.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
The results you reported seem to be at the lower normal ranges.
There are some information i would ask you to give before suggesting if further exams are needed;
-To you have signs or symptoms of low cortisol level or low estrogen?
- Have you been under cortison treatment lately and interrupted it?
-Your age and menstrual cycle ( regular or not)
- Are you suffering from any illness?
It will be a pleasure to help you further after the above information.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

I added the results from a month long saliva test that included Progesterone and Estradiol

36 years old, no medications, no illnesses, no kids

Yes, I have lower energy and feel more fatigued then I did last year. Vaginal dryness and occasional headaches/ light migraines. The headaches seem to match up with the drops in my hormones per the 30 day saliva test. Day 16 (estrogen drop) and 28 (progesterone drop) I was irritable and headachy.

I also have diarrhea but it might be from a wheat sensitivity. I tested negative for Celica but my sister has it. All my three sibling report lose stool/diarrhea.

Menstrual cycle is 29-30 days ( 3-4 days med/light period). I sync up with people who I am around.

Oh and I have had weight gain (15 pounds in last 6 months)

Welcome back!
From the graphic attached , it results a mild deficiency of estradiol and progresteron during the menstrual cycle, which you report to correlate with clinical symptoms.
Having into consideration your age and the probability of planing a pregnancy in a near future, i would suggest to do some more test to try to find a cause for your problem.
FSH and LH should be checked. Prolactin level and TSH also.
If they result to be normal i would suggest to discuss with your treating physician about checking Inhibin B and anti Myllerian hormone. They give information about ovarian reserve and the fertility chances (of course if you are interested).
If diarrhea is not chronic, but a problem of the last days than there is no reason to get worried.
Wish you good health!
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

I already have Prolactin blood test which was 8.3
and TSH from July which was 1.84

I'm not looking to get pregnant but wondering why my levels are low across the board.

My older sister had a Pituitary tumor and it was my hope that the Prolactin blood test eliminate that as a possible cause.

The diarrhea is chronic but I was going to try a wheat free diet to see if that would help.

Brief Answer:
Hi again.

Detailed Answer:

Well we are in front of two possible causes:

-A decreased ovarian reserve
- A pituitary lesion that has caused low production of FSH, ACTH and as a result low estradiol and cortisol level.

First, exclude the pituitary cause. Well, it is not a prolactinoma (even though a Big prolactinoma With normal prolactin level should be excluded), but other lesions can cause pituitary insufficiency.
You should discuss with your treating physician about these possibilities and try to exclude them.

Dr.Mirjeta

-ACTH and probably a synacten stimulation test.
