Brief Answer:
More information needed

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

A patient of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is bound to get delayed profuse menses if she had discontinued the medicines for PCOS. Irregularity of the menses with infertility is one of the characteristics of PCOS.

Before I give you detailed advice, I would like to know following details:

1. Have you undergone ultrasonography? If so please upload the images and the reports.

2. Have you got your hormonal profiles : FSH, LH, Prolactin, Oestrogen and Progesterone values? Please upload the reports.

3. What medicines were prescribed to you for management of PCOS? Please upload the prescription. Diane will help you regularise the menses only; however will not help you to conceive. Metital is a good medicine to control the raised levels of insulin in PCOS. You should not have discontinued them. Please inform me about the rest of the medicines prescribed for you for PCOS.

4. What symptoms other than irregular menses do you suffer from: Obesity, coarse hair on unwanted parts of the body like face, chest, abdomen, etc., hoarseness of voice? What is your height, weight and BMI?

The history you have provided is very brief; hence some more information is needed. After getting these details, I might give you some advice and also might ask for more details if needed.

For any more information, I am always available for you, XXXXXXX
