hi I evaluated your query.

* Blisters are usually small pocket of body fluid within upper layers of skin
due to various reasons , most are filled with serum / plasma ; blood / pus
in infected cases .

* For better evaluation of your case , humble request to give me following
details so that precise understanding in depth with proper management plan
can be worked out accordingly .

1. Number of blisters , duration , affecting both sides , pain ,burning associated,
progress since first appearance
2. Overlying skin changes in color , temperature , painful on touch
3. Any difficulty in walking / swelling over legs
4. Other systemic disorders as Diabetes / Hypertension / Heart disease /
previous history of same problem / blisters at other body sites
5. Any medications for other problem
6. History of trauma / exposure to excess heat / cold / chemical
7. Response to peroxide if any regress or not
8. Using high hill sandles
9. Any other information you would like to share
10. Upload photo of the lesions.

One at a time sometime 2 or 3. Itchy when the first come. I thought it was poison ivory at first last summer. But that went a way. Now they keep coming.

* Get a blood test on empty stomach including - Complete blood count - ESR - Fasting blood sugar
- S.Creatinine level and send me as an attachment, please.

* Till then take necessary precautions as follows:
- avoid walking barefoot/accidental injury to blister
- keep feet clean, dry
- use loose, cotton, clean socks
- avoid high heel footwear / tight fitting shoes
- avoid exposure to excess heat/cold / noxious substances
- can apply ice over blisters 3-4 times a day
- local application of aloe vera gel soothes it
- elevation of the affected leg over 2-3 pillows when resting help
- there may be a need of antibiotic/anti-inflammatory / anti-fungal agents after an in-person clinical evaluation.
- keep your BP, Blood sugar, weight under control.
