Brief Answer:
Dryness of skin and possibility of genital wart

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image. I could find only one Image in attachments.

Though I could not clearly make out the redness and scaling around shaft but it is most likely due to dryness of skin of shaft rather than due to fungal infection. Certainly not due to an STD. Fungal infection is very uncommon on shaft of penis. Instead it is more common at base of penis and adjacent pubic region and groin folds. I suggest you to apply a moisturing cream for this concern.
I can also see a faint brown spot on foreskin and it seems a bit raised though not very clear in this Image. Considering your recent history of unprotected sex and if this has appeared after your recent unprotected sexual encounter then I would like to consider a possibility of genital wart.

Brief Answer:
Need some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Urethral discharge could be part of an STD.
Did they screen you for chlamydia? Also is there is any burning sensation on passing urine? What sort of an STD test it was?was it a blood test? and what all STDs were you screened for?
There is no screening test for genital warts/ Hpv infection. The diagnosis is usually clinical.
I am sorry but I still have'nt recieved the Images. You may upload them either at "Reports Section" Or you may mail them as an attachment to YYYY@YYYY with the subject line as 'Attention:Dr.Kakkar'

I had a ten panel test for both testing periods and they were both blood and urine. Also there is no burning of any sort with passing of urine. All normal. and no pain with the bumps or spots

Brief Answer:
I would consider a course of an doxycycline & a procedure for wart removal

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.

I have reviewed the recent Images and it does look like a single, very small wart to me, just at the rim of prepuce. The other possibility is of course, seborrheic keratosis, if it was present before this particular sexual encounter. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for a confirmatory diagnosis, which for a wart would be followed by removal with an electrocautery.
Some amount of urethral discharge, specially if it happens after sexual arousal is normal and that is due to secretions of the glands lining the urethral mucosa. If you think that you can rule this out with certainty, inspite of negative tests for STDs (which should have included testing for chlamydia from a urine sample) and lack of symptoms, I would still treat you with Oral doxycycline, for a week. There are other reasons too, apart from chlamydia which can cause urethral discharge e.g mycoplasma and trichomoniasis which are usually not routinely screened in an STD screening test.

Just to confirm. You think this is a genital wart? As in a std?

Brief Answer:
Possibility of a sexually transmitted human papilloma virus infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Yes, genital wart is a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papilloma virus. The images do seem to suggest that the growth is most likely a genital wart.

Brief Answer:
you can get it removed at the first available opportunity

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Warts are generally asymptomatic and is certainly not an emmergency and waiting for a few days wont affect the final outcome i.e cure. However they should not be left alone for long as they might spread to form new ones and therefore should be treated at the first available opportunity.
