Brief Answer:
Needs rigorous investigations to find the cause at the earliest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/40 - face and chest get hot but thermometer shows 99 - diarrhea - colicky pain in in lower abdomen - loud stomach - clear as if hungry - tummy vibrates - burning on eating - lost 27 pounds in 2 months - visited a Doctor - testing - no treatment yet...

My thoughts:
Face and chest getting extremely hot can be due to the following reasons:
- effects of toxins of the bacteria that are causing you the stomach problems as you have noted. Will discuss below.
- Hormonal imbalance that may appear at the age of 40; need to consult a Gynecologist and do hormonal tests.
- Allergy to something that gets enhanced on exposure to air, atmosphere, sun etc.

The stomach problems need the following:
- Test of stool for 3 consecutive days.
- Tests of blood: CBC, for sugar, liver functions, kidney functions, thyroid functions and as may be needed as per the clinical evaluation, CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen),
** I hope the tests are done, if yes, please post the reports with the normal ranges for that particular labs.
- Urine: routine, 5 HIAA,
- Ultrasonography of the abdomen and CT scan if needed.
- Colonoscopy
and any other tests as may be required.
All these tests will give the probable reasons will help to find the cause of your symptoms and help plan the treatment.

Loosing 27 pounds in just 2 months needs rigorous investigations to find the cause .

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Thanks Doc GYN ruled out any hormonal changes due to menopause. I had the 24 hour test done I haven't seen results but doc called and said all good. Having a CGA blood test done tomorrow and a small intestine B xray on Thursday. My urine shows the below
WBC'S, UA/HPF     0-2 /HPF
RBC, URINE HPF     0-3 /HPF
BACTERIA, URINE HPF     Many /HPF
SQUAMOUS EPITHELIAL CELLS, URINE SED, AUTOMATED COUNT, QUAL
Moderate /HPF
MUCOUS, UR SED, QL, AUTOMATED COUNT     Present /HPF
KETONES, UA     20 (1+) mg/dL
SPECIFIC GRAVITY, UA     1.004
UA HGB     0.03 (1+) mg/dL

CBC isn't normal as well as they haven't posted it. They only release test results if they are in normal ranges so people wouldn't freak out so I know something is up with it I will ask if I can get them somehow but I know I am anemic slightly and have no vitamin D as I have to take 50,000 IU weekly also My SED rate is elevated 39 and has been for over a year now. The blood in urine and the rest posted above have been this way for the past year as well. Should I request the other blood test as per your message CEA? Thank you so much

Brief Answer:
Please give further feedback.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback.
Nice to know that Gyne has ruled out hormonal causes.
Urine showing bacteria, mucus, ketones, Specific gravity below normal and HBG is a bit concern.
Vitamin D deficiency and high ESR is also a concern - , although it has a prognostic value meaning has to reduce with correct treatment and results.
Yes, CEA is done for colon cancer as a tumor marker, its normalcy will help.

Awaiting for the results of other tests.
I hope with this urine report you have taken an opinion of a Nephrologist Kidney Medical Specialist).
Do you have diabetes?

Brief Answer:
Indeed, very true. Catch at the earliest.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your appreciation.
Yes, catch them at the earliest: is very important for that matter for any disease.
I can understand when a Doctor does not want to listen to the patient. He/She needs to be patient and particularly when there is a strong family history and when a healthy person starts getting symptoms all of a sudden; there always can be a thing that needs to be caught at the earliest.
Please take an opinion of a Nephrologist considering the report you have shared.
