Brief Answer:
you are having upper respiratory track infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for the query.
I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are having upper respiratory track infection mostly bacterial.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily , Plenty of fluids ,Paracetamol for pain & Vitamin C to promote healing. Continue antibiotic.
Decrease smoking gradually . You can Nicotine chewing gum than smoking.
You don't have tumour no need for Ct scan.
If you do not get relief in 7 days do videolaryngoscopy from your doctor.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
