Brief Answer:
It can be tremors, drug induced or nutrients deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to a variety of conditions including simple tremors to peripheral neuropathies. For that I would need to know little more details like what kind of movements do you experience? Are these vibrations more pronounced when you do movements or are that more at rest? Are these genralised through out the body or few limbs more effected than others? Do you tend to fall towards some side or you can maintain postures easily? Any long term medications you are onto? please write brief description of any of these findings in followup questions so that I can be able to guide you further. Regards

Sometimes I feel tingling throughout my entire body, or upper body or lower body. Sometimes I feel it when I exercise a lot or did not have enough sleep. I do not sleep well. Sometimes I have a little tingling in my upper chest when I am resting or watching tv. Sometimes over the weekend I don't have tingling at all maybe that is when I feel the most rested. But then toward the end of the weekend I begin to feel it again. I have never taken drugs. I take singulair and Flovent for asthma. I used to take HRT for menopause. My neurologist prescribed lorazepam at .05 mg that I take 4x a day. It helped for many months but lately they don't help as much. My doctor does not know if it is from anxiety or my back pain- I have spinal stenosis. A year ago I fell on a cruise face down. I was bruised on my knee but My entire body was trembling. Ever since I have had this tingling. I wasn't sure if it was from the fall or when I started the lorazepam. I don't have any balance issues. I had tests for my arms and legs but they were negative. What are tremors to peripheral neuropathy?
I try to eat healthy most of the time. One doctor suggested I be tested for vitamin B12. I do not feel tingling in my arms, mostly my chest area or or lower body.
Thank you. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
You need to have levels of B12 , B6, B1, D3 and folic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the details. Based on your history it seems less likely due to the fall you had suffered, as in such case back pains or localised spinal nerve root level would have existed instead of migrating around whole body. Similarly any skeletal or spinal abnormality seems less likely.

In your case any defeciency of B12, B6, B1, D3 and folic acid can lead to such symptoms. You can start with levels of B12. Some diseases likely polymyalgia rheumatica can also present like that for which your need to undertake autoimmune profile like ANA, RA factor and ESR. At for this moment, this doesn't seem psychiatric issue until all these are proved normal. You can even start taking supplements of D3, B complex and folic acid alongwith chewable calcium tablet with lots of water. For extreme pains use gaba pentins or analgesics like acetaminophen. If both doesn't work you can discuss with your GP regarding use of Fluoxetine or carbamezapines.

Hope this has answered your query, if you don't have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more queries. Regards.
