Is Neurocobal Prescribed For Vitamin B Deficiency?

I have been taking a tablet called neurocobal. Is this precribed for Vitamin B deficiency? or any other ailment. Doctor prescribed this as I have a condition called Reulox formation in my red cells of the blood. According to my doctor it is for Vitamin B deficiency, folic acid or due to my urine infection. Please advice me

Yes, it contains B12 and can help to overcome, diet should be taken care [milk, cheese, ghee, drumsticks, yoghurt, few mushrooms also have, stress and life style sometimes make RBC to behave like it [do some suksm yoga, smile more, take medicines or join online OMBW good for root causes.
