Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

These are non specific symptoms, you might be having a subclinical urinary tract infection(UTI) or kow hemoglobin or something mild and chronic I would suggest you to visit your GP as soon as possible and get a proper doagnosis which can only be made after getting blood works done.

I would also suggest you few things which are expected to make things better and easier for you.

1) Check your BP if it's not above 140/90 then you are fine to follow suggestions i am going to give below.
2) Drink some salt replacement drink 6..8 glasses a day you can use TANG..getorade or something this will help maintain your fluids.
3) Drink loads of cranberry juice it helps to keep urinary tract healthy.
4) You can take Tylenol twice daily to help with body aches.
5) eat good fruits like citrus fruits, banana and what ever you like.
6) Avoid fizzy drinks coffee caffein smoking alcohol(what ever is relevant).

Things should get better in a few days but it is highly recommended to visit your doctor just to rule out any hormonal or other issues.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regrads.
