Does UTI treatment during pregnancy affect foetus?

I am Murugan from bangalore.My wife is pregnant (9weeks). She had Urinary tract infection. we consulted doctor. she prescribed her to take urine culture test (E.coli +ve). as per culture report, she treated 5days antibiotic-Cefaperazone sulbactum injection. Eventhough she has sometimes pain while urination and frequent urination. Is there any possibility to affect baby in future because of the drug and whether she has to take anamoly scan and when she has to take. She is 26 years and her weight is 56Kg. She lost 1kg after taking treatment. Please help us.
