What Causes Painful Rashes On The Body?

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be either intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds or ringworm infection which is a fungal infection but I need to ask you few questions:
Whether the rash is itchy?
What is the duration of the rash?

no it is NOT itchy but it is bothersome and does hurt, sometimes hurts alot. i have used trialocimone oinment, Zeasorb powder and taken a few Bactrim oral antibiotics and NOTHING has helped. it is very frustrating, hurts right now.

It seems to be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
Try to keep the area dry, wear loose cotton clothes, avoid going for strenuous exercises and try to reduce weight if obese.
In such cases I recommend my patients to use a steroid antifungal combination like Clobetasol propionate- Miconazole combination cream twice daily for 7-10 days.
You can continue with the powder.
