What Causes Pain In Biceps While Having Orgasm?

Question: I am a pretty healthy male age 54. Noticed lately when having sex w my wife and I reach the point of orgasm,I get a slight pain in my left bicep area...never happens any other time or any other period during sex, just at climax. Weird any reason for concern. I do workout etc

Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic. pain or discomfort in L biceps while having orgasm can be due to cardiac origin. untroubled workout habit reduces the chance of cardiac origin but age and h/ o hypertension increase . you must get a TMT done with fasting sugar and other basic biochemistry like serum creatinine, SGPT . Thanks....what is TMT? Are you referring to fasting cholesterol tests,etc and triglycerides?I never have the pain except right at orgasm and it only lasts a few seconds ,can you answer these?I still have not heard back concerning my followup question.Please respond and elaborate on that and define SGPT. By the way, O get my Cholesterol levels checked every two to three years and they have been very good,with good ratio and solid triglycerides. Can you respond please? Where is my answer? I will want a refund if I don't get an answer soon

Brief Answer: please get cardiac Stress Testing done Detailed Answer: Apologies for the late response. I practice her in India. When you asked the follow up question, it was 1 O' Clock in night here in India. Extremely sorry for the delay. TMT is Tread Mill Test . It is a stress test for assessing cardiac function . Sex involves significant physical exercise which can lead to pain from the heart. This is what is done in TMT. Your symptoms plus h/o hypertension point towards possibility of cardiac etiology.
