What Causes Pain And Difficulty During Urination?

Question: Hello Dr.I am 45 year old male 5 feet 6 inch weight 69kg Since last 3-4 months,I am facing difficulty in urination and sometimes feel slight pain during urination at beginning.The urine flow do not come straight.appears 3-4 showers came out.Same time I am feeling continuous warm feelings 24 hours in my feet and sometimes near private parts.Sometimes I feel warmth in my stomach and feel ache.I have tested for sugar,routine urine,hb,CBC,cholesterol .Everything is normal.only total cholesterol level is slightly above normal.Around 8 months back I become ill and have unexplained fever for 1 month.That time I was diagnosed pneumonia,slight urinary infection and sinusitis.In ultrasound urinary bladder showed irregular growth and slight retention of urine.I was taken all tests like PSA ,TB ,urine culture and many others.Almost 1 month 8 days i have taken higher antibiotics.Is the present health problem has any connection with back health issue.What would be the probable reason of present health problem.

Hello

Painful urination may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection(UTI),enlarged prostate etc.

I suggest you to go for latest investigations.It is important to to exclude all causes.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity,PSA.

Ultrasound of abdomen can exclude many causes.
You may need to take antibiotics based on reports.

You should drink plenty of water.

Hello

Feet burning is most likely not related to UTI. Generally it is due to vitamin deficiency like vitamin B12.
You may need vitamin B complex capsules once daily for 3-4 months.
