What Causes Itchy Dry Blotchy Skin Rashes, Hair Loss And Tiredness?
Question: Currently I am experiencing a skin rash of sorts. It starts as a pimple kind of then gets bigger, eventually turning into a itchy dry blotch. It started out as just one on my stomach and now popping up in random spots around my stomach and one on my thigh. Also, I am losing my hair and I am very tired. I went to a clinic today told them about my symptoms, and showed them my hair loss. However, they neither saw my rash/blotches or treated me. They told me to go to the hospital. Personally, I do not want to get in trouble for using the ER like a PCM. So based on what I have said is this an emergency or should I wait 2 weeks for an appointment on base?

You don't have to worry as your symptoms are not something very serious. You can easily wait for to two weeks for an appointment with the doctor.
Your rash seems to be either an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or eczema of some sort. I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the rash so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you better regarding the management.
As far as hair loss is concerned. It has many causes. The treatment depends on the cause of hair fall. The most commonly encountered causes by me are hypothyroidism, anemia, fevers like typhoid, any accident, surgery, after delivery ,certain drugs and any chronic disease.
If I was your treating physician then I'd probably recommend you to get your Haemoglobin & Hematocrit, serum Ferritin levels and Thyroid function tests done to rule out anemia and thyroid disorder.
You can get back to me once the results come so that we can manage accordingly.
