Brief Answer:
It might be due to infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Welcome to healthcare magic. I understand your concern.

In my opinion, there might be infection of hair follicles called folliculitis or sebaceous cyst infection. This leads to redness and itching.

Usually when tight inner garments are used they prevent the evaporation of moisture leading to chaffing and bacterial and fungal infection leading to redness and itching. It might not be sexually transmitted infection(STD).

As you have discharge but its not itchy or associated with foul smelling you need not worry. It might be normal physiological discharge.

Wear loose cotton inner garments. Use betadine or mupirocin ointment over the bumps. Take tab cetrizine once daily and corticosteroid ointment 3 to 4 times daily to relieve itching.

Usually maintain personal hygiene by washing the area with bland soap daily. And practice safe sex with condom.

By following the above measures it might subside mostly. If not then you can consult a gynaecologist for further course of management.

Hope this satisfies your query.
