Brief Answer:
Keep good check and sugar and electrolytes alongwith BP monitoring

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. Based on the history you have shared, it most important initial steps should be to keep a good check on sugar levels. Too high or too low levels may lead to drowsiness or feelings as you have mentioned. Also rule out drug induced hypotension by looking for variability in sitting and standing blood pressures. If these parameters are normal then do check the thyroid levels and electroytes and urea creatinine checked. Meanwhile keep good water and balanced food intake. Using supplements like Vitamin D3 and folic acid may be good for you. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
