If I guess it to be painless,white round spot which is mostly always present with irregular margins,it could possibly just be fungal infection.You should try using Clotrimazole cream on it.Try to maintain sanitary hygiene.

Yes it is painless and it doesn't itch. But if I scratch it it's flaky.
