Brief Answer:
Not related to cervical erosion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The decrease in blood flow during the periods and constipation are likely to be due to a hormonal disturbance. These are not related to the cervix erosion that you had.
You need investigations like USG lower abdomen, Thyroid Profile, LH/FSH, Blood sugar, Prolactin, DHEA, hemoglobin, etc to rule out underlying pathology, if any. It may be due to hormonal imbalance, Irregular eating habit, stress/anxiety,Ovarian cyst etc.
In addition, you need to take healthy diet (LOW CARBOHYDRATE) with more green vegetables, drink more water, keep bowel habit regular, avoid mental stress by meditation or yoga, control body weight by regular physical exercise and maintain genital hygiene properly.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

I had also done all this following tests and everything comes out normal but my doc said that I 've little pcod.could it be the root of my problems?and I used to bleed a little every time during the procedure of pap smear.and she also told me that mild erosion is still present.

Brief Answer:
PCOD can cause decreased bleeding during periods.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Even if all the tests are normal there can be a mild hormonal disturbance or PCOD present.
In case of cervical erosion, post coital bleeding or intermenstrual spotting is more common. A decrease in blood flow during the normal periods is not due to cervical erosion. It is normal to bleed during PAP smear if you have cervical erosion.
Hope my answer is helpful.

My doctor gave me normoz tablets for 30days..are these tablets going to regulate my normal hormonal balance?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Yes it will help.

Detailed Answer:
Normoz tablets contain myo inositol and other anti oxidants. This will help in reducing oxidative stress in the body and will help in hormonal imbalance. It is not going to directly cause ovulation (release of egg from ovary) which is the main problem in PCOS. But it can help in increasing the blood flow during your periods if taken along with iron supplements.

What is the meaning of report-inflammatory smears negative for neoplasia
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (47 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Suggests only inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
It suggests that the smear shows changes of inflammation but there is no evidence of malignancy or cancer. This is a normal finding and is not worrisome. Inflammation can happen due to infection or irritation in the area.
