What Causes Blood Discharge In Urine Post Recovering From Uterine Infection?

Question: After period, blood is coming through urine, Previous 2 weeks back infection was threre in Uterus, which was cured. Blood tests & Urine tests normal. Pap Smear normal.

I need few more details so that I can help you better. For how many days after period you see blood in urine? Is it confirmed by microscopy? Are you on any medication. Some medicines change the color of urine. Do you see blood only after period? Do you see it only in the beginning of passing urine? If so then it could just be minimal amount of period blood mixed with urine.

If the blood in urine is not related to period you need to be thoroughly examined again for infection, kidney stones etc.

The period ended only one day back, and blood could be seen for last two days. For the uterus infections Pap smear was done.

Pap Smear result excerpts,
"Pap Smear result shows the following :Smears shows predominantly intermediate, with few superficial and parabasal squamous cells. . Also seen few metaplastic squamous epithelial cells and background shows acute inflammatory cellular infiltrate ."

This was around 10 days back, Also blood test was done no anomalies reflected like hormone change or thyroid. Only medication was ,vaginal capsule course for 6 days, but that has ended before periods only. Slight pelvic pain is there on the right side bottom..

Welcome back.
You did not write to me whether blood in urine was your observation or confirmed by microscopy. Is it XXXXXXX blood or blood stained urine. Sometimes concentrated urine can be mistaken as blood in urine.
So first get urine microscopy done to confirm it is blood.
If blood is confirmed then first get urine examined for infection and get treated. If no infection is evident consult nephrologist. You will need ultrasound and other tests.

Pap smear suggests that you have infection and you have already taken treatment for the same.

No Microscopic examination has been done. It is actually the urine comes white, once the urine is over, three four drops of blood comes out .Could be a post period process.

Wait for 2-3 days. In all probability this symptom will disappear by then.
If it does not subside you need to see the doctor and get investigations done as I have mentioned before.
