What Causes A Itchy Rash On The Lower Back?

default
Posted on Tue, 26 Apr 2016
Question: I had an iud placed in on the 28 of january. I was in horrible pain after they put it in for about an hour after it was put in i felt faint and couldnt move from the pain, i was screaming pretty loudly. The next day i felt a horrible lower back pain. After the iud was put in i felt pain during sex. The iud made me emotionally crazy and I kept crying for no reason. I felt anger inside of me and also had pelvic and abdominal pain. I got a four day type flu with a fever in the next few days but i dont think this had anything to do with the iud. i decided to have the iud removed 13 days after it was put in because i did my research and discovered that XXXXXXX is very bad for you. When they took it out there was a complication, the string got stuck so they had to sedate me and give me anestisia to open up my cervix. the doctor said he took it out. when they took it out i was on my period and i bled for like a week when my period is usually only 3 days. at the end the blood was lumpy and blackish. the lower back pain never went away and it is getting worse. it seems to be on the spine and i developed a rash and it looks like a spider bit me. the lower back pain is constant and today when i went through security check at the airport all my lower back was detected as suspicious by the machine aka the machine made them check my lower back. now that the iud is out i feel emotionally stable and no pain during sex, however i am worried about my back. i have been taking ciprofloaxacin but its not helping. my gynocologist is completely dismissive and wont run any tests on me.

Brief Answer:
Insect bite or allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the photograph.
The lesion on the lower back seems to be some insect bite or allergic reaction to some thing.
It seems to be completely unrelated to the IUD youhave got inserted earlier.
I will suggest you to consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
