Question: Hello,

I am 25rys old female and I have been married for 1yr 2 months now but haven't conceived yet. I am a PCOD patient and my AMH is 6.9ng/ml. I recently had my Hysteroscopy done and opened my Rt. Ostia. I have been prescribed with the following tablets.
Livogen XT
Ovaforce
Mega 3 Dr. XXXXXXX
Gyargin Powder
Duphaston 10mg
Suradyn
Sparcip-200

I want to know why are they given to me, what are the side effects (long & short term) of it & how helpful & soon is it to make me pregnant. I never had protected sex with my husband.

Also, my husband has been prescribed with
Hysperm Q
Orni-O
Maxoza-L

He is taking Hysperm Q & Orni-O from last 3 days, and we noticed there is no erection from last 2 day while having sex as it was before. Can you also please tell me why is it and what are the uses and side effects for the same.

Thanks for replying.

We have not done the semen analysis. We thought it is not that important to get it done. The problem of PCOD is in me and nothing with him so we thought its not important. Is it mandate, do we need that to analyse?

Also, its been 4 days I am taking the above mentioned tablets and since yesterday i have constipation which is black in color and I have spotted bleeding (Its few drops, mixed with urine, similar to periods bleeding)in my urine and burning sensation in pelvic/pubic area while urinating. Are those the side effects or di I have got another problem.

Hi

Semen analysis is very important though you have PCOS.

If he has no problem with semen, why is he taking so many medicines. First stop all his medicines. Get his semen analysis done.

Even you dont need these medicines you are taking. Th e tablet you are taking consist of iron, multivitamin and few ovulation drugs along with progesterone medicines.

Stop all medicines immediately for you as well as your husband. Bleeding and dark stool are side effects of these medicines.

I think you are under wrong and unnecessary treatment . Please change you doctor immediately.
