T. Gelusil MPS might help for the gas trouble....
Sorry for the delay in replying.
I would like to rule out OSA (obstructive sleep apnoea
) , which is more common in overweight
or obese individuals. OSA is a sleep disorder
in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep. The most noticeable sign of obstructive sleep apnea
is snoring. As a result of this, an individual might feel more tired during the day, even if he feels he slept for ample hours.
Another possibility, is depression
, might be making you feel fatigued and tired.
For the gas and bloating sensation, a tablet of GELUSIL MPS might help.
I would also advise you to visit a gastroenterologist who might do an endoscopy if necessary.
Avoid foods that produce excessive gas like pulses, broccolli, cauliflower, potato, peas, beans etc.
As I said earlier, regular exercise and yoga might help.
Hope you feel better soon..
