Brief Answer:
I would appreciate if you could upload an image.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details but would need you to elaborate some more on the topic. Could you please upload pictures of your rash? There is a facility on the upper right of this page which will enable you to do so. Please do it and I would comment upon the rash accordingly. Most often, rashes are due to allergic reactions but they can be due to fungal or other causes as well. Please let me know if they are itchy, the disposition of the rash and how long it has been there.

I would await your response.

Regards

I have uploaded 2 photos I think the rash if you are looking at me face to face is located on the right side of the chin. You should see the discoloration. It's also under the chin as well I does not itch

Brief Answer:
Seems to be a case of pityriasis versicolor

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have seen the images. This is not a rash. It is an hypopigmentation. I need to ask is whether the skin has proper sensory perception. If sensation is reduced, it could indicate leprosy and you should see a dermatologist without delay. But otherwise, if sensation is intact, it is more likely to be due to pityriasis versicolor. It is very common and occurs due to a fungal infection. The things to be done are:
* Application of candid (clotrimazole) lotion over the affected area for two weeks.
* Oral intake of diflucan (fluconazole) 150 mg tablet every week for 2-4 weeks.

There is a high rate of recurrence and seeing a dermatologist might be a good idea.
