Brief Answer:
you are free from HIV 1 infection.Symptoms not related to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had a protected vaginal sex. So nothing to worry much. Have you had any oral sex without protection?
The red spot over your glans penis are due to some allergy, either due to condom or due to some fungal infection. In HIV no such symptoms are likely to occur.
Not to apply any cream over the glans at present. Repeated washing (5-6 times) with plain water or saline, sometimes may be enough to cure your problem. Avoid soaps and antiseptics. If not improved, consult a Dermatovenereoloist for further help. Not a serious problem.
Regarding your tests, no test can be taken as conclusive as in HIV, antibody formation (window period) may be delayed up to 90 days from the date of exposure in the presence of an infection. At the same time your HIV DUO test done on 68th day has two parts (antigen detection and antibody detection), in which antigen detection can be taken as conclusive and a negative 4th generation DUO test can rule out the possibility of HIV 1 infection. HIV 1 infection is common world-wide up to the extent of more than 99% except few parts of XXXXXXX So once again I assure you that you need not worry.

No Sir, I didnt have any oral sex at all and I used condom as well. It was one time only.
Does it looks like Herpes? As my urologist prescribed acyclovir ointment, which usually being used in Herpes. I am extremely tensed.

Do i have to take HIV test once again at completion of 90 days window period to be sure for HIV negative.

Regards,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to HIV or Herpes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
Relax.
It does not look like genital Herpes or any other serious STD/HIV. There is a possibility of a mild candidial (fungus) infection or an allergic reaction. That is all. Have you any improvement with just frequent cleaning itself? I can not prescribe anything online without seeing the lesions in person.
Regarding your query on your test, as you had protected exposure you need no further test for HIV. If you want to be more sure about HIV status, then you have to undertake one more test 90 days after the exposure. It is up to you to decide.
