Brief Answer:
Ringworm infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am,
Good Morning!

After having gone through the history and the uploaded picture, I am of the opinion that you have a fungal infection of the skin (Ringworm).

Creams containing anti-fungal drugs like Clotrimazole or Terbenifine are effective in the eradication of the ringworm.
These creams will be effective if used properly as per the following steps:

1. Wash and dry the area first.
2. Apply the cream, beginning just outside the area of the rash and moving toward the center.
3. Use the cream twice a day for 7 to 10 days.
4. Do not use a bandage over ringworm.

Hope to have answered your query.
