Brief Answer:
need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion it might be due to hormonal imbalance.I need further information like:-
1)Were any investigations done for irregular cycles previously? If so what was the result?
2)Are you married if so how many kids?
3)Did u undergo tubectomy?
4)Are you sexually active?
5)When was your last period date?
6)Did you check urine pregnancy test?
7)What is your height and weight?
8)Any stress in life?
9)Any other complaints?
Kindly provide me the information for further discussion. All these are necessary to prescribe any medicine for periods.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards....Dr.srilatha

Brief Answer:
irregular periods might be due to PCOD

Detailed Answer:
HtHello dear,I got your information.Iam sorry for your condition.
In my opinion the delayed period with negative pregnancy test suggests hormonal
imbalance like PCOD.
Your weight appears inappropriate for your height.Usually weight should be 100- height(cms). For example if height is 160cm,weight should be 160-100=60 kg.So you need to decrease weight atleast upto 10 kgs.
Weight reduction is the first and most important thing in PCOD.About 10% loss of weight causes regularisation of cycles. Follow healthy lifestyle like doing exercise or walking daily.Avoid junk food.Include fruits and veggies in diet.
I suggest you to consult the doctor and get an ultrasound done to know the PCOD status. If there you might need hormonal therapy .And if not responding to medical therapy diagnostic laparoscopy gives good results.
You might need upto that extent but just giving you the information.
Dont worry PCOD is routinely seen these days due to change in lifestyle.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
Good luck...Dr.srilatha
