Hi Doctor,

My follicular scan is fine,ruptured on time but am not conceived,i wanted to go for a test to check if any tubal blockage is there,which is the best one,laparoscopy or other method.will it be painful?where can i take the test,iis there any risk?

Have been undergoing folliculometry for last 6 months. The follicle growth and rupture have been regular and proper. HSG has shown peritubal adhesions on both sides. HSG has shown localized spill on both sides. Both tubes appear normal in caliber.
Menstrual history has been regular. Uterus is shown normal in findings. Kindly suggest the course of treatment or management to be followed.

My petite 20 year old healthy daughter was just diagnosed with a baseball size dermoid cyst. Is it safe to fly her home for what will likely be surgery. The cyst is blocking her bowels and she is in a lot of pain, but OBGyn in her college town can't see her for days. And, do you think they can shrink the cyst and remove it via laperoscopy vs. a larger cut laperotomy?

Sir.. I have undergone laproscopy 3 years back .. it was a chocolate cyst in both my ovaries. bigger in size in the right ovary and smaller cyst in left ovary. Presently, i am taking deprovera injection every three months since past 1 and a half year..along with 2 tablets of registrone each day( 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) as prescribed by my doctor.. My husband and I had an intercourse in april,2012. As i am under medication , so i don t get mensis. Can i be pregnant in such cases? We don t want to conceive now. I have tried using the home test for pregnancy using i-can kit twice and it came out to be negative. but as i am gaining weight, i am worried and was unable to figure out if i can be pregnant when i am under such medication ?

Dear doctor, I have tb in uterus ( I had two miscarriage before ) and i have gone through under surgery ( laparoscopy ) because I was having big cyst in my right ovaries . my doctor did TB –PCR test for tissues and confirm that I am having TB in uterus. Now I am taking ATK-4 from past one and half month and before brake fast I am taking “rimactazid” tablet and immediately I am taking my brake fast and one tablet after lunch and two tablet after dinner I am taking as per my doctor advice. And also taking Iron & multivitamin tablets . I want to know that as we need to take tablets in the regular time but I am missing timing every day . You should take the red capsule of AKT4 pack( combination of rifampicin and isonex) in the morning when you get up and not just before breakfast.

With clomiphene citrate there is always possibility of pregnancy, as the drug helps to induce ovulation.
Please take a pregnancy test if you are overdue.
