Brief Answer:
High levels of liver enzymes indicate liver damage!!!

Detailed Answer:
I welcome you here at HCM and assure you are at the best online health portal. I am happy to assist you find solutions of your issues. Reviewing all the details you gave I can see you have high liver enzymes especially ALT and that is usually elevated in liver damage caused by many factors. To list some of them:
Cirrhosis,
Hepatitis that can be caused by any toxin, medications, viral infection etc.
Exposure of chemicals usually in industry workers or people living near industries that work with lead and carbon tetrachloride.

Eosinophils getting a little high is very common and can be caused by some infection by even a parasite, having an immune disease, tumors, allergic reaction to some food or medications, autoimmune and endocrine disease, diseases of adrenal glands etc just to name some.

Final suggestion:-
It is mandatory for you to have a Gastroenterologist visit in-person. He is the personnel trained to treat such cases after careful physical examination and after making a diagnosis based on sophisticated diagnostic tests. Tests may include but not limited to Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (a camera assisted evaluation of the upper digestive tract), Colonoscopy (is mandatory for you at this age and recommended screening procedure for all at this age), blood work including hepatitis screening, fresh ultrasound abdomen and if needed a stool examination.

Maybe there is Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD) that also causes pain in the abdomen (intermittent and intensity deeply related to meals). PUD is actually a denudation of the mucosa of stomach or small intestine and may be caused by bacterial infection (h.pylori) and is manageable with medications. Your GI doctor will rule it out once you go for evaluation.

Brief Answer:
No you don't need to worry as the Labs don't depict this!

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back with a follow-up query here. I feel honored to assist you and clear your doubts.

I want to assure that you don't have a high Lipase levels that may suggest you have a cancer of pancreas. For your reference I want to add normal limits for Lipase levels:
Adults below the age 60 it is normal if between 10-140 U/L.

When Lipase levels are high in case of pancreatic cancer, it is many folds high than normal higher limits. So don't worry much and consult your Physician too for interpretation of the lab results.

Hope it helps. Please feel free to contact me anytime directly from my profile if you need further assistance.

Brief Answer:
No, your BMI has no impact on these values in particular !!!

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back with a follow up here at HCM. I appreciate your trust in our services.

Well, BMI of 33.6 is really a higher one and categorizes a person being obese (Obesity class I). You need to control your BMI through a reduction in body weight. Physical activity is the best way when combined with the diet control.

Coming to your direct query, no these lab values have no impact due to high BMI as this is unlikely to have a direct relationship. I need to add here Obesity is the mother of all diseases and there are a lot of metabolic processes that are affected by obesity and ultimately the effects can be seen on our overall health.

Brief Answer:
Still then it's not a high value to show pancreatic damages!!!

Detailed Answer:
I warmly Welcome you here at HCM with the follow-up query. Pleased to answer your questions as in this way I may be of some help for you.

Serum Amylase and Lipase are the enzymes that are raised in serum whenever there is damage to the pancreas. Different labs have different reference ranges that are their own reference set points being normal. If that is a range on Your Lab result, it's still not a much higher value.

Question is When we say there is pancreatic damage??????????
Answer:- Serum Lipase levels being above 400-450U/L are indicative of some sort of damage to the pancreas and warrant a clinical correlation then.

I still reference you to my previous discussions as to visit your Physician for more details as it is he who suspected something and sent the labs thereafter.

If I can be of some more help, please don't hesitate to ask for. My direct link for any future references is: tinyurl.com/drhanifmd
